Ladies & gentleman, last week I weighed in at a disappointing 235.4 lbs. I hadn’t been disciplined with my diet taking in foods like pizza & all that entails (gluten, empty carbs, etc.). This past week I’ve been disciplined & focused. I’ve followed the instructions of my Youngevity Healthy Start Pack to a ‘t’. As a result, I weighed in at 227.7lbs! That’s just 5.7 lbs shy of my target of 222lbs in 90 days (12 weeks)! Now I’m feeling motivated and super-charged! Thanks so much to all my friends out there in social media land. You’ve all been fantastic.
Unfortunately I’m swamped at work today and can’t go into much detail, but with 2 weeks remaining I can tell you that I feel good. While much of the rest of the country is getting the flu shot, eating corporate sludge and getting sick, I’m healthier than I’ve ever been! Raw fruits, veggies and Youngevity are my flu shot.
