Midas Resources uses Authorize.Net to process all it's online transactions. Authorize.Net utilizes industry-leading technologies and protocols, such as 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and are compliant with a number of government and industry security initiatives. They insure secure transactions utilizing AVS. AVS compares the billing address provided in a transaction with the cardholder's address on file at the credit card issuing bank. Your credit card information is never submitted to or stored on Midas Resources/GCN servers. You are taken to Authorize.Net's secure servers to finalize the payment of the order. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the secure.authorize.net address of payment page. After the completion of the transaction you are redirected back to our website.

Credit card transactions may be declined for a number of reasons. Your credit card issuing bank may not have approved the transaction. This could be for insufficient funds, frozen account status, invalid credit card number or expiration date, etc. Unfortunately the card issuing bank does not provide additional details regarding the reason for the decline. You will need to contact your card issuing bank for more information. It is also possible that you entered in the wrong billing address. Please double check the billing address for accuracy.

Midas Resources can and does ship outside of the continental United States. Orders processing begins within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction. You can expect your order to arive in 3-5 weeks. Many times orders will arrive very quickly, but during times of high volume or holidays shipping can be delayed. When you purchase gold or silver coins, you are entering into a binding trade agreement. Unlike traditional products, such as clothing or household goods, there is not a large mark-up. Gold and silver are susceptible to market fluctuations and markets change by the minute, when you make a purchase your are locking in a price based on the market price at that time. All trade agreements are final and binding.

Midas Resouces has had a perfect track record of shipping with the U. S. Postal Service. We have not had these results with other carriers. USPS offers excellent service and tracking of shipments as well as insurance that covers our products. All orders are packaged discreetly in plain brown boxed full taped with brown packing tape. They are labeled from M.R.I. (acronym for Midas Resources, Inc.), but usually appear to be a shipment of machine parts.

Restricted delivery offers the highest level of secure shipping, insuring that the order is only delivered to the person who placed the order. With the value of gold and silver, we want to be sure that you and only you recieve your order. Yes, we can deliver to P.O. boxes. The Post Office will leave you a notice and you will have to sign for the package.

No, we do not have minimum purchase requirements. You should be advised however, that the minimum shipping on orders is $25.50. This may be something you want to take into consideration when placing a small order.

Supply and demand problems occasionally occur in our business. We will fulfill your order within the 3-5 weeks promised or we will notify you and submit a refund of the amount paid for the items we are unable to deliver. Even if the price continues to rise, your price is locked in. Should the value of your items decrease in that time period, you will not be entitled to any market gain.

Midas Resources does not collect taxes when your order is shipped outside the state of Minnesota. If shipped to a Minnesota address, MN state taxes will be applied.

Yes, your order is insured for the full amount through the US Postal Service. This is part of the shipping and handling charge you pay.

The coins we sell are "Circulated" meaning they have been in general use at some time. They will not be in perfect condition. These are the only coins we can guarantee that we can get on a regular basis. Many other coins are not readily available and from time to time can be difficult to get.
